For ITO, I have heard that there's one that launched this 2019. Is there one?
I could vividly remember few projects achieved this and some even did without ICO or IEO, but some without raising the stated amount still made it to this level, I know quite some projects like that.
What are those projects then? the listed projects above were one of the most successful ones.
