How do you function in a dishonest society?
The simple way to function is because you have to live. People all over the world are selfish and one thing they have in common is to go after their own immediate and personal needs even before common goal and in most case, a lot of people are ready to to anything to ensure that their own bottom line is protected starting with being dishonest. For someone with a moral code and some lines not to cross, the best line is to ensure that you deal with people in the best possible way and satisfy your conscience the moment you do that, I think everything should be fine.
