Literally 4th row in the ann pic is promising that there's no ico or no crowd funding, and now they are trying to raise 7m usd with ieo. This is just unprofessional and red flag behavior.
True, that is also what I have in mind, and they did not explain the reason why they decided to hold an IEO, even though in this thread there was still written "no crowd funding and no ICO". and the telegram group looks like dead
