So youre saying you need a loan that's less than a dollar for tokens that looks volatile on an exchange I honestly wouldnt really trust or rely on? A part of me feel like this is just an attempt to sale the tokens.
Actually its just small amount its better for him to buy that from exchange than making a loan here all do there is colateral but the amount you want is you can buy at your own , why not do it?
I will guess you just need that ETH for transaction fee maybe you want to sell tokens that worth morethan that.
