Lottery in my country is something prohibited and you can't play it lawfully. If you get caught when playing lottery then you're going against the law and possibly going to jail. But I personally never liked to play lottery because the chance to win the prize is almost zero percent so although typically the lottery offers a big prize but I was never tempted to buy lottery tickets because I know that winning the lottery is almost impossible.
Unlike here in my country it was legally implemented with certain regulations which can't go beyond their control. It should be taxable by authority and affiliated with charitable institution to help the needy especially those with medical needs. However this gambling doesn't need skills, all you have to do is to bet the number combination easily without caring for analysis.
