PoS has not been implemented yet. However, it is still planned for the next fork when we also update some other things.

From the above-mentioned exchanges, I am only familiar with Frei.
So upon checking your trading activity on this exchange, it seems that you need some intervention here.
Not necessarily doing the wash trading thing but at least entice some movement as the gap of trading history is quite poor.
It will somehow discourage some traders to trade your coin as they won't know when will their order be fulfilled.
