Yes, all decision must be in OP. What we can do maybe tell him what is advantage and what is risk of bitcoin investment first so he know if what he do is not 100% safe. With that, when something unexpected happen, OP not blame people who make him buy bitcoin because he think people only tell him advantage in bitcoin investment.
