I think this is just impossible. I don't believe in all magic stuff 
If someone falls in love with you it happens by itself. You just stay who you are and life will unfold around you. It's better not to be dependant on anybody's love and try to stay self-sufficient all the time. And if love destined to happen to you it will come for sure. If love is in luck then it must come, but many times you have to try and change your destiny It is well known that after falling in love you have to take care of all that you have to follow Although not dependent it is important to keep an eye on everything.
