Buying via Fiverr still doesn't ensure the script itself doesn't have any backdoors or exploits. Have you allowed someone to pentest your "Script"? $300 is something which I charge for my Announcement thread animations, i wouldn't expect a developer will offer a real-world secure exchange script for $300.
