Can Anyone advise what is the best way to buy bitcoin in bulk (more than 20), due to the limitation of all exchanges and Payment Gateways

For me, the best way is to do P2P.
It will take more time than buying in exchange but it is better if you want to avoid having problems due to the limitations of exchanges.
Or maybe you can split your funds when you buy bitcoin, it will be hard to buy that much unless you do the transaction personally with other crypto user.
It seems to me that splitting of funds is an unfortunate option due to the difficulty of managing and completing the purchase of Bitcoin
