2 weeks have transpired since I requested my refund of 12 shares on Feb. 10. No response at all on my request.
Did you send bob an pm?
A post on the main R17 thread, plus 2 PMs with full details of share purchase numbers, e-mail, Hashed signature message and "please contact if you need any further information." Nothing.
I sent him 1 pm with the order #s and the payout address and a signed msg for safe measure so sounds like you did everything right. My guess would be the larger orders are taking more time which would explain why the 100 share refunds and the 50 share refund haven't gone through yet. Give Bob time... he'll take care of it.
Or maybe he's holding off so he can deliver good news to you high rollers before you make a mistake and get a refund..... I'm gonna be pissed if there's good news and I miss out on R17... so much potential.
