This coincidence, together with another resigned bitcoin foundation members' vaguely description of "management take over" on reddit, seem indicating behind the scenes, there is some co-ordinated action. ( For better for worse, I have no judgement )
To me, mtgox is either no longer under Mark's control.
And there is some plan regarding mtgox, I do not know which.
