If we do see the emergence of a bull market this year, then I think it is likely to be more for the existing and well-established coins. The days of huge successes for ICOs and even IEOs are I think long gone. Maybe they will return, maybe not, but for a long time now the prices of good alts have been much lower than their ATHs, and I think that if money comes to alts it will see gains for established coins much more than money coming into brand new projects.
