Merit are not made to be a reward for guessing the Oscar winners. How can you contribute to the forum if you win?
Better use some crypto as a reward. You can even make a pool so the participants can also contribute to the prize.
This is just a pure merit begging :

The forum is not only for people who want to talks about Crypto, that's what there is off topic sections.
Because I don't want to put crypto as a price and do not want to create a pool (to avoid "scamming" problems ) I put the contest here.
But I agree with you, if it was possible on my side I will have put some.
Like said in purple in the post :

If you and other people have the same feeling about the contest and I can understand that, I will remove the rules and just run a normal contest. That's not a problem for me and I hope you will join the contest too.
