If there is any effect it should be minor so do not expect a bull run out of this since bitcoin does not have anything to do with that war, take a look at oil, whenever there is a significant war or the risk of a war in a country that has a lot of oil the price has a tendency to go up, and in this case it makes complete sense since in a war the enemy has the desire to take control of the oil or at least to destroy that infrastructure to deprive the country from that valuable resource.
