your choices are already good mate, so you should stick with that. although i'm not that sure about RSR because i have never heard about that until now, so would suggest to just change that to something else like ripple or any other coins.

i would not suggest you to invest on mining rig as you have already said that your electricity bill sucks and it would not give you any profit if you do that, so would just forget about that investment.
