I don't see it on coinmarketcap (no data) https://coinmarketcap.com/fr/currencies/trollcoin/
So where can we buy it?

CMC changed their criteria for listing, we are working on getting back to a full listing in the next few weeks as they now require two CMC exchanges to list ones coin with data.
