AricoinPay was also attacked and brought one of our servers temporarily offline yesterday for about 15 minutes, resolved and situation is being monitored. We suspect the attacker was trying to game our bonus coin offer.
As Aricoin is just staring back the network hash rate is currently a lot weaker than it should be due to decreased miner activity, and is thus more vulnerable to attacks.
