Yes of course I know that is why I added the statement of mine that the op is eligible to rank up. My point of calling someone a newbie is based on the rank and it's not about the skills. I don't really mean it that way and I don't have any doubt and I also did not hesitate to merit op in my own merit giveaway because op did deserved it. Have a nice day.
