I am not sure about others but I will stop if won a certain amount of money. But I believe 50% gamblers will stop gambling and 50% gamblers will continue even after big win. Because those is already addicted they will play sure, can't leave gambling. Also I believe even some rich people still gambling because of their habit or want to spent funny  time on gamble. Those people will leave perhaps they would busy with some other job due to fear of loss again. And it's better to stop after win a good amount and do something in real life business, so they will not have to worry anymore for future losses from gambling.
