Even though you were the one posting it, I thought it was some sort of sophisticated joke.
1. The "genesis block" doesn't have a private key. The recipient of the first block reward has the private key.
2. The address receiving the genesis block reward has a total of 66 BTC and some change, far less than the 100 you are asking for.
3. The coins rewarded from the genesis block can't be moved! I thought this was common knowledge.
