Someone has created several new accounts just to Support the Flag. I've Opposed it, the Reference thread only shows you've hit a nerve.

I will tag them, with reference to this post. Should I flag them? Should they be reported to moderators?
What is the forums policy on accounts created for the purpose of supporting/opposing flags?
