to this day i have not yet seen any video that was good and removed. all the videos or channels that were at the receiving end of the Google's ban hammer were publishing low quality content, specially those giving trading tips related to shitcoins that were getting pumped and dumped and all led to big losses for any newbies who followed those tips.
if Youtube ever removed something decent like Andreas Antonopoulos videos then you can start complaining otherwise you should thank them!
