The quantum computers are already there , even if they decide to develop then it would already be developing a existent thing and this would be a good market for them , the competition actually increases the quality and we would be unfortunate in that it would be bad for the blockchain and the wallets .
Hopefully the security and the legalization issues are taken care of before taking any step like this.
