And this brings me to another data-scraping-idea*: make a list of DT2-users who are only included by a single DT1 member. It might be useful to keep an eye on users who give power to many (unknown) users.

That would be very helpful. It might also help to expose DT1 members who pad their inclusion list to boost their own trust score (Trust Selfscratchers©.)
I still think that members should have at least 2 DT1 inclusions to be on DT2. Now that more people qualify for DT1 I think the voting requirements for DT1 should be bumped up as well. Maybe require 3 super votes and 12 normal votes. It might be too soon to add those restrictions if Theymos wants 100 DT1 members, my suggestion might slim the field down to less than that.
