On December 23, 2019, Google’s YouTube.com began removing bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies related content from the video-sharing platform in what’s being called a “crypto-purge,” leaving content creators in the bitcoin and cryptocurrency vertical unjustly attacked by the web-search conglomerate. According to Forbes, at least 35 crypto-focused YouTube channels were affected by the purge, including ChrisDunnTV, Nugget News, Crypto Tips, and BTC Sessions. More prominent publishers such as CoinTelegraph and CNBC, appear to have been spared. I have found this info here https://techandmedialaw.com/youtube-content-creators-in-bitcoin-genre-red-flagged-was-it-an-error/  but I need more clarification, what actually happened by Youtube?.
Youtube had remove crypto related videos because some people says that there are videos are harmful and dangerous content, that is why YouTube started to delete those videos. But the YouTube spokesperson claims that the crypto purge is just an error or a bug, but i think it wasn't an error or a bug because why only crypto videos and channels was deleted.
