Where did you get that site? Is that site still running? I did a search on Google and did not find any information? I tried to access the site and I get an error.
The site looks new, there are not many reviews, there is no reason to trust it.
I checked the server IP address and found that there is more than one site with that address --->  https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ip-address/23.227.38.32/relations.
