The most dishonest answer some of my friends and many others are fond of saying is that they "gamble for fun" 
let's come clean on this one we all know that the reason we gamble is to make money, Simple!
Unless someone is in that bracket of money isn't a problem then they can afford to say they gambling for fun.

Off course its main reason is always making money. But we can not say it is not funny. When I playing a match which I bet on it, it always much more excity than others. What do you think?
