Got the LA3M in today, but haven't had much luck getting it all setup. 
I seen some people made some threads on how to get this all setup, but still a work in progress.
I seen that to upgrade the firmware you have to push that white switch on the miner, but I have the gold ones, and there is no switch! Can someone please let me know how the "gold edition" miners can upgrade the firmware?

You would have to solder or otherwise connect a couple pins inside to flash the miners themselves. My understanding is that the shipping units already have the latest firmware.
