Regarding the scam accusations, as we stated previously, the main reason that the user lost all his funds, was because he kept on gambling.
Megadice (we) was slow to replenish the hot wallet with funds, and this is indeed something we need to improve.
Better to give valid proofs to show that the user was really losing his all balance because he kept gambling while waiting for you to refill the hotwallet.
Otherwise, you wont be able to get your account cleared from the negative trust rating. So please be profesional instead of just saying it without proofs.
