I have opened a new thread because I find something more than your 10k DOGE, and I am not sure will you delete this topic.

I find 6 domain related to Dogetitan.com where are you stuck. All of these domains use the same register Namecheap. Probably all of them hosted on the same server, they use Cloudflare service.
So you can contact Namecheap or Cloudflare and report these websites.
Few domains have phone numbers, you can try to call them, but I think they are probably fake as his addresses. You will just waste your money.
Also, there is an option to contact your local police or as you say Interpol, here there may be charges for an organized crime so may be of interest to them.
