I have a question. Some users think that if I am a Merit source, I should give out my personal smerits in the same way that Merit source.
And I always hand out the forum 500 merits on time, but while I'm handing them out, my smerit accumulates on my account.
My position that I can give out my personal smerits to support whoever I want or not to give out at all.

You don't have any obligation to do anything in particular, even with your source merit, as long as it's basically sane. If people complain, promise them a full refund of what you're paid for being a merit source.
