Can anyone plz explain the concept of buy and sell walls and how these can manipulate the market. Or at least provide a link.

Price will go up A LOT. Buy wall means that many people will buy the coin at a specific price (orders are placed already), which will result in a higher coin price due to increased demand. Explained enough?
I can't tell if this is just bull FUD, but, no, that explanation makes no sense. If the price rises, then the huge bid has no effect (other than maybe psychological) because the trades don't happen. I think this is a better explanation:
