There are many reasons lead to your account being hacked. That might be your fault if your password is weak, or leaked somewhere or the wallet provider if their security is bad.

that is a reasonable reason. but sometimes some hackers can indeed access the wallet with weak security. even security as tight as large exchanges can also be hacked. it does not close the possibility with our wallet both online and offline.
