How about an educational giveaway? 
Normal educational stuff can be very boring sometimes (in Germany we would call it "dry"
) and a little incentive of a few sats can help to encourage people informing about that topic and participate finally. Most Newbies don't have much BTC and if we are generous, we can give them an opportunity to earn some (maybe their first BTC) while they'll learn more about Bitcoin and Blockchain in that giveaway.
A few weeks ago I made a giveaway where people had to guess Bitcoin's first block in 2020 and good explanations were also rewarded with Merit:

I tried to cover the following points:
But I would open it also for higher ranks. My example has shown that much valuable knowledge came from experienced users and Newbies had learned from that.
Maybe you have different interesting ideas, which topics can cover a good giveaway.
