It's great that even if the user 16446041 bought all of his tickets, it worked out good for him in the end. He's a lucky guy who spent a bit over 0.01 BTC on tickets and won almost 0.35 BTC. Even with more than 1 million tickets his chance of taking the 1st place in the lottery was just 0.4%. So, I'd say, it was still a stroke of good luck. Congrats to whoever it is!
I normally buy 100 a week, have seen so many people winning lottery with less than 50 tickets as well. It is truly a game of chance and especially at free bitcoin its FREE. I typically just buy from my free btc rolls. All it takes for me is a few minutes of work to collect sats and buying ticket. That being said I have not been lucky yet. But hey does not cost a dime, and if you do win 0.3 btc or more. which is a good payout!
