I know this method is rudimentary because i have zero skills when it comes to data scrapping or technical aspects of forum data but i think Loyce.club's Unedited/Deleted post viewer can be very useful.

So looking at http://loyce.club/archive/members, we shall be able to get accounts that were registered at a given period of time but are still active or were at least active from the time LoyceV started archiving posts.

Looking at http://loyce.club/archive/members/0/, Luke-Jr was the first member who was registered in 2011 who has recently had some of his posts archived

So you will look at members from the same list whose User ID starts from Luke-Jr's ➡ 3318 to smracer's ➡ 48727 (In http://loyce.club/archive/members/4/)
