Max Property Group would like to wish our community a very happy new year and all the best for 2020. This year promises to be another exciting one for MPG, with the upcoming launch of Max Crowdfund 2.0. The new and improved platform will be rolled out alongside native Android and iOs Apps, and will be opened up to third party fundraisers, the first of which are already lined up with some attractive investment products.

The first opportunity to go live will be a €110k, 7% interest loan over 24 months, backed by an apartment in the Netherlands.

Crowdfunding In The Netherlands Peaks in 2019

According to a recent report by Crowdfundingcijfers.nl, more than 13,000 projects and businesses were successfully financed for the very first time in 2019 for a total of €424 million, suggesting there has been an increase of 29% compared to €329 million in 2018. Read another article.

European Crowdfunding Rule

ON WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2019, the European Parliament negotiating team reached a deal with the Council on Wednesday on EU-wide rules to help crowdfunding services function smoothly and foster cross-border business funding.
