There is so much wrong with this I don't know where to begin.

1. Unfamiliar site on which the lender must register (unlikely to happen.)
2. You don't qualify for an unsecured loan here, why would you qualify for one on another site?
3. You've indicated that you don't have a reputation on the other site.
4. You want a loan to "create reputation" which is a HUGE red-flag.
5. Which brings up the question; why are you trying to develop a reputation?
