For the sake of transparency so other are aware. I created a support ticket. It almost a month to be told KYC AML may be required. Even then no details of how are provided. Finally I have received a link to verify with documents. All very sketchy and make me very umcomfortable. Additionally when i raise the concern on telegram group, I get blocked
