I understand your willingness to help forum users to rank up because I also have merit giveaways and I already merited most of the participants in my giveaway thread but you should be more clear about your rules. No ranks over member but you included Full member which is higher than member rank. What do you mean by at least merit point? Do you mean "have earn at least 1 merit point within 120 days?.
