The new investors don't see an opportunity in the crypto markets due to the risks and lack of guarantee in the volatile, unregulated crypto market. The HYPE is over, there is no fuel to attract the investors with lucrative promises.
the reason why there many people attract to invest on crypto currency is because of the hype and the idea that they cam make profit easily like what other investors do before the hype started in 2017. But because of too many failed project and ICO more of that investors who invested in hype is affraid to invest again even in bitcoin the mother of crypto currency.
