My VERIFIED account was frozen on Poloniex without any explanation. Wrote in the support - no answer for 12 days. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I am not trading on Poloniex anymore, but one week is such a long time, have you checked if your issue is an isolated one, if there are some similar issues from other traders, then members will have something to be concern of, withdrawal system and addressing issue is very important for exchanges and gambling sites, better for all Poloniex members to take this issue seriously.
