It looks like the liquidity gets centralized on those coins and that's why the team was enabling the withdrawal for those coins. Someone above me has already posted if he is not yet received his coin even a few hours have already passed and my friend is getting the same problem too. It's nothing even compared with yobit and I just got surprised to see there is no a lot of differences on the total balances that available on bcnex hotwallet. Some exchange sites are putting such restriction to be able control the user's money. I have experienced with another exchange site that called liquid that was using manual process and it takes almost 2 day to receive your money. The bcnex TG channel is getting delete by the team.
