He doesnt have the keys but still telling the court that he will receive it in the future date. What kind of an argument is this.? First it was just the announcement, then it was "I will get the courier" and now this.
What else is needed in the court to prove that he is not..?
He is just making himself and at the same time the court officials stupid.
He is just wasting his time to this thing. He claimed it long time ago already that he is Satoshi but he can't show any proof for it and now he failed again because he doesn't have the keys to open the 1 Million Bitcoin address. Its just pure stupidity. He can assume that he is satoshi but the community will never believe in anything he said as long as he can't prove it.
