Why so long delay with listing? It was announced in November and listing will be just on February...

Any other ongoing plans for listing to  good exchanges?
I can not say why it took so long ,the coins that took the first and second place have already been added ,now it's our turn ,it may be faster ,but approximately in February, about adding to other exchanges is not yet known
