It's clear as daylight that he is not the genuine satoshi and if he is the real satoshi, doing that stuff is very simple to him like providing all the necessary evidence that he is the real deal.

Having keys of 8 billion btc then reveal it to the court is not a wise decision if he were the real deal. And I just don't like the idea of hiding in the first place then beg to the court that he is the real one. If I were him, I guess he just drop the act and forget his nonsense claim.
