National TV license means what, indian television? And I googled for NSE and its Indian Stock Exchange, wow! And regulators permitted you to launch an indian ETF?? That alone is a big news. Maybe its just your mouth farting out words... but anyway if that is true... I can not imagine a living soul willing to purchase a random shitcoin ETF. In what dimension do you live that you think global rules will allow this?
National TV mean broadcasted on default frequency of all television owners inside the country, in this case its Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania.
About the ETF, its on Nairobi Stock Exchange, which is doing cross-listing with London Stock Exchange & Johannesburg one ( South africa, i need to put some details since you seem to have a lack of geography & knowledge about financial stock market.)
