tbh I don't care, I just hold all my altcoins in my Frewallet app and wait when they go to the Moon
I like that kind of attitude, actually everyone should do that if they are really holding for long term.
The only hard thing is in the selection process, you need to select the coin that you are going to hold for long term and that's very challenging.
with that attitude, you'll not panic and you are ready to accept regardless of what will happen.
