Hard to say, ya just scour through the altcoin ANN section and maybe this board man
look for small coins wanting to expand, i have seen some running promos, trying to get users
if you have a popular twitter they might wanna partner up, tho personally "crypto twitter" to me is for those without the balls for a real forum
